Just go this today and i can't get it to work!!!
Pump bottle not allowing any cream to come out. When I took off the lid there does not seem to be a 'pipe' from the lid into the bottle. I tried fishing around with tweezers but can't find anything. Is there one for those that have it or has it fallen out and I have to dig around more. Frustrating as is very expensive |

I just got mine in from EDS and it works fine. I will look at it although I am scared to pry off the lid in case it might break!
On a side note though, my skin has been breaking out horribly and I don't know if this is the cause
yet, but I am not a happy camper. I have never broken out with a IS Clinical product. |

| That style pump which is on sevral different co's products has a tendency to just not give product when you know its full.I know I have pried off a few tops with a razor....dont know if if exposing it to air is good or not but what else can u do? |

You may want to contact the company. I remember a few years back I bought the active serum from them directly. Half the contents completely disappeared on a flight to Greece....not leaked, just vanished  I contacted the company when I got back and they sent me a knew bottle. |

I also had trouble in the begining. I got mine from EDS in a pack, it was the smaller size. I had to pump like over a hundered times Im certain. I actually even left it in the draw after a few attemps as I didnt think was going to work and I was going to throw it.
Just keep pumping Im sure you will get it |

| Thanks every body. Apparantly it is an airless pump system and some have been faulty. I am going to return it and EDS are sending me a new one as we speak! |
