Ok, I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms. I just realised why this weekend feels a bit different to most.... I mean, I'm not doing any work that I planned to do (normal), I'm spending too much time on EDS (normal), and spending too much time looking at Sephora/Nordies/SAKS websites (normal). So what's different?
Bingo! I am not getting any emails on my main email address since late Friday night!!!! I feel so.... naked! It doesn't help that there are at least two important emails I'm waiting for. By "important" of course I mean "shopping related", stuff the work crap! Even if there was none, I'd still feel weird just knowing that there MIGHT be emails and I'm not getting them.
Is anyone else addicted to their email or am I the only sad one here? |

I don't have a computer OR a t.v. at home, but if I had to choose between owning one of the two, it would be a computer! I have a Hotmail account, and can use this here when I'm not working, dropping-by the library, at friends', or at a `net cafe. I need e-mail at home, and will apparently have this soon, as I may have a laptop provided by work, so that I can do some of my work at home. Am I happy about this? You bet! |

Only since I learnt the art of online shopping have I been so reliant on email.
My fiancee cannot complain tho really, since he was the one who (inadvertantly) introduced me to it. Now we are both just as bad as eachother
Unfortunately for us tho we cannot get cable or ADSL, so are stuck with dial-up |

Oh I feel for you girls no home computer and standard dial up. Ooh I don't know if I could live. I'm glad to see you are soldiering on and making the best of things. Good on you you are a shining example to the rest of us. |

I second this...I'm actually sitting in bed, my significant other is reading a magazine, my kitty to the right of me, and I'm typing on my iBook. I love being wireless! |
