My skin must be anti-retinoid, cause whenever I've tried retinoids in the past, the fine lines on my face would look worse probably because of some of the dryness it caused. Probably too strong an acid for my skin. So, I'd end up returning the product for a refund. I need moisture. Be careful especially under the eye area.

I sometimes get the same slight watery-eyes side effect if I'm really tired...I've not bothered with the eye treatment either - for the same reasons you've stated....Rita (and any other SV'ers)do you use anything under SV or just the SV alone?

You know, I was getting the watery eyes most mornings after using strivectin (not immediately after and I didn't put it IN my eyes) and now I am thinking that maybe I am allergic to it. But the product is not the same as the original strivectin and I remember I've heard other people saying that the eye cream is not as good as the other one.
My eyes are still kind of dry but I think they look a bit better. I am using relax-a line and the eye vitalizing serum from amore pacific. And it's almost spring and my skin likes spring better |

I'm sorry Pudoodles, I came accross your post in the "I've found the ultimate lip plumper" thread and didn't realize you weren't one of the ones who tried the Hyaluronic acid supplements. Anyways, here's my daily skincare regime:
AM - First I apply Strivectin then Ocean Potion Anti-aging Sunblock SPF 50 over that. (I love Ocean Potion Sunblock...Makeupalley.com has a thread on that. I gave it a try and fell in love with it.) Then I apply makeup.
PM - After washing makeup off, I occassionally wipe my face down with Stridex salycilic acid acne pads, and once my skin is dry, I apply Strivectin over that. Then it's sleepy-time.
