Well, I just received my Jan Marini hair stuff, and there is apparently a significant amount of product missing from the bottles! That is, the level of one bottle is about 1/5 of the way from being full (1/5 of a bottle would be needed to fill it to the top), and the other one is about 1/7 missing.
What I want to know is, is this normal? Or have you all been receiving completely full bottles?
Thanks for any help anyone can give me!
