I keep on seeing these group deals for Zerona laser weight loss.
And it seems pretty much either too good to be true, a scam or the employees who administer the treatment do not know what they are doing.
http://www.zeronacanada.ca/
There is a deal for this on WagJag right now and it seems a lot of the customer comments are negative and a few saying it is good.
Just curious is anyone here on EDS has tried the Zerona "weight loss laser"?
I do not plan on getting any of these deals, but am very curious about this machine.
I would love to lose a few pounds, but am doing that the slow way (and trying to avoid the Dairy Queen beside my house.lol actually I never go there....). |

I'm like you. I keep seeing all these offers, and would like to try, but I read postings on realself and didn't see that people were too impressed, so I'm scared to try. Plus I think you're supposed to do like 12 sessions to see results, right? So if I bought an offer like the one I saw today for 6 sessions for $350, I wouldn't see results still unless I did 12? Seems like a waste of money to me.
So if anyone tried it, please let us know. |

In the UK, I've tried 6 sessions of Strawberry laser around my middle. I certainly lost inches, but within the price was a session in the attached gym for at least 30 min. You're also expected to drink 2 litres of water in the following 2 hours. My sessions cost £200 - but it was an opening offer. The full course is 8 treatments. It was quite pleasant. I haven't kept the inches off however!

A story: I was at the doctor's getting sclero for my legs and asked the Dr. who also works 1/2 time at an aethetics practice if laser weight loss would work for me. I have a BMI of 19, but at 60 have the usual little bit extra around the middle. She said don't bother, because the machines need to be able to really grab the area ( maybe some kind of suction? to direct the laser) and there wasn't enough. Yes, I can pinch an inch. I don't know if all the machines work in the same way (hopefully not as this is one thing I would like to work for me), but thought this might be of interest to you who are considering.
I mean, how often does a doctor refuse business?
She also said she would not recommend sculptra even though her clinic offers it as it causes too many granulomas. |

mismis, your doctor is honest. That's respectable. I'm so tempted to try zerona, but the postings on realself is not very encouraging. Anyway I guess I'll just do the traditional exercise, eat right, drink water stuff instead of buying the deal. It's too far for me to drive to the place every 2 days anyway! (I read you're supposed to go back every 2 days. Seems like a pain in the behind.) |

Yes. I enjoyed it. It was relaxing and I could see and feel the difference. I also had never set foot in a gym before having avoided exercise like the plague! I was surprised how much better I felt for exercising.
The Strawberry laser consists of a paddle of about 8 boxes on a belt which is bent round the part of the body where you want to lose weight. I have seen pictures of before and after on neck fat and eye bags also. My salon didn't have that appliance as I would have considered the eye bag one.
In conclusion, I don't know if the laser or the gym caused the inch loss.....Probably a combination of both.
