| Not only the GMO that WE eat but the GMO that what we eat EATS! Do you know what the chicken was fed whose eggs you ate today? |

| That's why I only eat organic chicken and turkey. Supermarkets sell it now, cheaper than Whole Foods. |

I do cook usually from fresh every day, but I know my diet isnt what it should be ( find it very hard to get those 5 fruit /veg in everyday! Dont always do smoothies every day)
So yes I do supplement my diet , and I know I do feel much better with it ,and I am also ever so slightly anaemic especially after my last child even tho the blood test would suggest not I know I am, to the point of craving steak every day when I miss out my iron tab. Blood tests are great for a basic baseline but do not take into account individuals idiosyncrasies.
My family is all rather weird in that when for others it would be a "normal" result we all have a smaller window of optimum functioning e.g. when I have a temp of 99deg F I feel absolutely dreadful whereas my friend feels nothing and continues on as normal, I would be shivering at home curled up feeling like death!!!
