Krill oil is supposed to be more nutritious for skin than regular fish oil?

Does it matter whether they are taken in capsule or liquid form?

I take Krill in capsule form. Dr. Mercola supports Krill.

I know that I got told one time that it was better to take it in liquid form, as that was better absorbed, whereas with capsules depended on how it could be broken down. Also the sizing was an advantage. One tablespoon of FlaxOil was equivalent to six capsules of FlaxOil. So I'm guessing this would be the same with Krill Oil.

I have also read that krill oil is superior to regular fish oil because of a higher antioxident level.
I've never seen it in liquid form though only in capsules.

I don't recall seeing it in liquid form either - I'm happy with capsules. Liquid krill oil sounds kind of yucky.

This is correct that krill oil is superior than fish oil. I always had low confidence because of my skin texture, it’s so rough. My friend took me to the Skin Specialists and she recommended Krill Oil. There are many products available in the market but I ordered Krill Doctor Professional as my friend has been using it. I am surprised with its positive results and very happy with the quality of the product.

Think it is the newest fad honestly. Krill is used in making fake crab meat and other things. Seems like something else they found the left over junk for and are claiming it is great.

ProGrade has good krill oil and other nutritional supplements. Seems like a lot of trainers like this company.

I don't think that I've ever seen liquid krill oil (like the ones that come in bottles). If anyone knows of such a product, please let me know because I'd be interested to see it.

If, say, your'e looking for a liquid fish/omega source, then I highly recommend Vital Choice's liquid sockeye salmon oil (see link below). It has vitamins A & D, omega 3s, and an antioxidant called astaxanthin. I doesn't taste too bad either:

Green Pasture's fermented cod liver oil is also purported to be good. However, I've never taken it partly because I have so many questions about the product that have gone unanswered.

I was going to mention that krill oil is probably better because of the astaxanthin, but I was beat to it. *tee hee*

Of course it might not make a difference if it isn't standardized or they can guarantee a certain %age per capsule. The magic number for astaxanthin is still 6mg a day, right?

Chlorophyll,

Vital Choice's salmon oil also has astaxanthin, though not as much as krill oil.
