Hi!!I am a Newbie poster,(first time) and not too adept at this tech stuff so am treading lightly hoping I am doing this correctly.I have often visited this forum for it's great info for a couple of years now and have gained a wealth of knowledge. But it is so vast that I wasn't sure where to post my inquiry!! My question is has anyone here tried/used the "Face Weights" program a newer product here in the USA that enhances your facial exercise routine?
It appears that there has been some great results.
I am very excited about this and ordered but they are on back order. I tried to find any threads here but didn't. Thanks!!!!😊 |

I do remember someone mentioned them a while ago, and from what I recall they started using them religiously and then found it a bit too tie consuming so stopped.
I don't think its actually new, but probably is now being more heavily promote than previously I'm guessing. |

I don't see how these would be any different than using your hand as a weight and doing the "exercises".. |

I was pretty intrigued until I saw the video. According to reviews on Amazon the weights are 1.25 lbs and 2.25 lbs and are approx 3x3 pillows filled with something like sand.
The concept may be sound but for the price these would be easy enough to make, wouldn't they? |

I got a good laugh looking at the Youtube video.
I mean really, you can just put the palm of your hand in the same positions she used for the weight and get the same effect. Heck you could use up to 100lbs of pressure if you like.
I'll stick to the Ageless program thank you. |

Ok.so I may be a sucker, but I ordered these ( on back order) I will be receiving the "new improved" that have more 'tack' so the weight stays mobile without the use of your hand to keep in place. And from what I see on the actual exercise program, it takes maybe 15 minutes. To me it seems more like a mid/lower face&neck workout. Pandax12: I love Ageless too, especially the way she focuses on lifting and building the cheek area as that is a big contributor to lifting the lower face as well! I also love FlexEffect, CFF, plus many more. I get invaluable info from all of these programs. I guess I am one of those gals that likes to try new things. Once I get my weights, I will give an honest report on what they do or don't do for me. |

I just don't think you need weights. I remember one time reading about a woman who used a pack of frozen peas on her face and flexed the muscles against them and said that the coldness of the peas and the weight of them provided quality weights, but I've also read about women who use actual weights they removed from dumbbell things. So I guess its like most things if there's a need you can find a way. |
