Is there an exercise that only works to build the top lip? Im in mid 20's but my top lip lays quite low from under my nose and there is no volume to it its very flat and my bottom lip is fuller but from the way my jaw is quite far forward it makes the top lip sort of sink behind the bottom lip. Also the areas under my cheeks have dropped down a little and its pulling my lips downwards more slightly so i look very heavy along the bottom lip and horrible flat sinking top lip Sad Is there anything that can be done?

I’m guessing you don’t know much about facial exercises, but never mind. You see the problem comes with spot training is that over time it produces results and then the other areas of your face that you neglected start to look stranger in comparison and then it’s a tricky thing to rebalance everything. You are much better off doing a full program of one kind or another to get results. In your mid 20’s you are still developing and are a baby! Now Facercise has a lip plumper exercise that may be what you need and many have said that it changed their lips. I never had much luck with it but that’s just me!

Hi Khaleesi

Try this: rest your middle finger on the dip in the centre of your upper lip. You can also rest the first and third fingers on the upper lip either side to stabilise it.

Now, continuing to rest your finger in the cleft of the upper lip, make the sound tch, as in chain, charm, chips. This will encourage the upper lip to lift and to turn upwards.

All best, Loulou Cool
