If I wanted to combine the two, would I do it on the same day or split it up? Which one do you like more for skin thickening and rejuvenation? I have very scarred pores from retinol and glycolic acid abuse. |

I would err on the side of caution and start with just one.
Start a routine with one of the two methods and then gradually add in the other. If you see results and don't get any irritation then continue to up the frequency until you're happy.
No point diving in with both and hurting your skin |

Dry brushing first is recommended. |
