| I'm considering purchasing this product and curious how the product performs and if company responds well to its warranty. |

| I have not had any issues recently but in the past if I needed to ask a question or had a piece replaced or worked on their response was excellent and customer service on par. My Baby Q is still chugging along. |

| I have had mine since 2008. It's a great top product. Never had any issues with it. |
