Hello, I noticed the electric derma pen stamps going around have two popular cartridge needle configurations. i.e. 12-needle and 36-needle. Does it matter how many needles are on the head? |

It really doesn't matter. If costs are the same, I'd go with more needles as it would mean fewer times going over the same area. |

My pen has 12 needles and I just purchased the Derminator which has 9. Maybe less is less painful too. |
