I have been using a Carole Maggio horsehair mitt for body brushing which does make skin smoother and softer. However, I really want to shift some cellulite and am wondering if body brushes may work better. Anyone used both and seen a difference with one or the other?
I have done the no lipo lipo programme also which was good but I just don't have that kind of time so don't want to do that again. Thank you. |

I use brushes and I do a variation OF Dr. Berkowsky's method in that when I do my legs, I use two brushes at a time to make it go faster. I only do about 7 strokes per area. I have been dry brushing, massaging, and weight-training for many years, but I still have cellulite. My only comfort about this is that maybe my legs would have looked a lot worse if I hadn't done anything. I do like the brushes better than the mitts. I replace my brushes once per year. |
