| I recently developed guttate psoriasis over my forehead, scalp, arms, legs, torso? Anyone have any experience with this or products to help sore & itchy? |

| Guttate psoriasis may go away on its own in a few weeks or months. If it doesn't, it can be treated with topical medications, although applying creams and ointments to the hundreds of tiny drops on your skin can be tedious. Phototherapy is often an effective treatment for guttate psoriasis. |

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you have guttate psoriasis, I had this for three years and it did not respond favourably to any emollients. I also experienced increasing rheumatoid pains in my fingers, wrists, elbows, knees and toes which was eventually diagnosed as psoriatic arthritis. My gut could not deal comfortably with non-steroidal anti inflammatories even with omeprazole and I have ended up self injecting with methotrexate.
This works for me for the pain and also has banished the guttate psoriasis save for the odd scalp patch and if guttate psoriasis is bad I understand it can be prescribed for it by a specialist.

Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it...I just developed this 3 weeks ago, woke up with spots and it gets worse every day. My forehead, eye, scalp, arms, legs, back, privates. I dont understand, never has anything like this in my life. Dortor gave me Dovonex ointment but it Ver thick & hard to use. I stopped eating sugar, wheat & nightshade vegetable still no better  |
