I have pink scarring on my face left over from bumps and maybe a rash. I am interested in these products and not sure which to go with for my first try with skin lightening products. I have noticed that Asian products seem to know what they're doing in regards to skin lightening so I am looking at a few currently. Here are my options and if you have any recommendations please let me know! Don't know if it matters to say this but I am very very light caucasian. I listed the ingredients here for each product.

Elite 3 in 1 Whitening Cream (I believe this is a Korean product and has gotten some great reviews)
Ingredients: Water, Glyceryl Stearate, Paraffin, Propylene Glycol, Paraffinum Liquidum, Aloe Arborescens Leave Extract, Niacinamide, Tocopherol, Retinol, Adenine, Cyanocobalamin, Pyridoxine, Salicylic Acid (0.5%), Triclosan (0.1%), Parfum, Propylparaben (0.1%)

Mena Lightening Cream
Ingredients: BEESWAX, VITAMIN E, TITANIUM DIOXIDE, LANOLIN, ANHYDROUS, CETYL ALCOHOL, WHITE MINERAL OIL, GLYCERINE, STEARIC ACID, METHYL PARABEN, PROPYL PARABEN, PERFUME, YELLO #6, ISOPROPYL MYRISTATE, GLYCERYL MONOSTEARATE

Amira Magic Cream Skin Lightening
Ingredients:
Water, Isopropyl Myristate, Distearyldimmonium Chloride, Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerine, Hydrogenated Polydecene, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Rice germ oil, Stearic Acid, Titanium Dioxide, Dimethicone, Propylene Glycol, Mulberry Extract, Polyacrylamide and C13-14 Isoparaffin and Laureth-7, Chamomile Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methyl paraben, Propyl paraben, Fragrance.

Sure White Bleaching Cream
Ingredients:
WATER (AQUA), (MINERAL) (PARAFFINUM LIQUIDUM) OIL, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, GLYCERL STEARATE, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, STEARIC ACID, STEARETH-10, OCTADECENDIOIC ACID, LICORICE (GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA) ROOT EXTRACT, XANTHAN GUM, DISODIUM EDTA, DIMETHICONE, FRAGRANCE(PARFUM), ASCORBIC ACID, CITRIC ACID, HYDROXYCITRONELLAL, COUMARIN, CITRONELLOL, GERANIOL, LIMONENE, EUGEONL, RED 33 (CI 17200)

Makarai Night Treatment Cream
Ingredients:
Water, Hydrogenated Polysobutane, Hydrogenated Coco-Glycerides, Hydro-genated Coconut Oil, Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil, Avocado Oil, Stearic Acid, Myristic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Lauric Acid, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Cetearyl Glucoside, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Ammonium Dimethicone Copolyol Sulfate, Glycyrrhetinic Acid, Arbutin, Carrageenan, DMDM Hydantoin, Carrot Oil, Retinyl Propionate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Allantoin, Licorice Extract, Escin, Mulberry Root Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Disodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Fragrance

The Makari Night cream freaks me out a little because it has coconut oil, I don't know what hydrogenated means, but I have not had success with coconut oil that I bought from the store for cooking and tried on my face. It broke me out, it seems to clog my pores and my skin doesn't enjoy it, BUT, I have used coconut derivatives in skin products that don't seem to do that so that confuses me...and makes me wonder if my skin would be ok with this product or not.

I like Murad Rapid Age Spot formula. It isn't so drying like many are. Ulta has a trial kit which contains a small size for $15.

I've used Makari's night treatment cream.

While I liked the product, it's more of a brightening cream; this mean that you probably won't see dramatic results from it. Although the product did not break me out, there were some people for whom it did cause breakouts. So, keep that in mind. See the following link:

In addition, please wear sunscreen (preferably mineral sunscreen) and exfoliate when using such products

It sounds like the Makari cream isn't going to help me then.

cherallynne forcella, the murad rapid age spot formula seems to say it is good for fading age spots, dark spots and freckles. It didn't really say anything about hyperpigmentation. It kind of sounds like it's saying it's good for only dark spots not pink spots. I don't know...did you use this for pink spots? What was your improvement like and experience with the product?

I just recently heard of Nadinola cream, I hadn't heard of it before. I'm new to this skincare thing. But Nadinola has hydroquinone at 3Percent I believe and that freaks me out. I'm freaked out to try hydroquinone in general. But is it better than kojic acid?

I have vitiligo. .. patches of it all over my body... it doesn't really bother me except on my face Sad I have it around both my eyes & a patch on my chin... it starts getting quite noticeable around this time of year & going forward into the summer... Does anyone have any cures for this or know of anything that helps?? Also I've noticed more recently that the skin around the white patces is starting to get dark brown & blotchy... it's getting worse Sad( Does anyone know of a skin lightening cream I can use on the darker parts...?? My skin is quite dry & flakey in general but prone to blackheads, little white bumps & pores on the T-zone... I also have redness in the cheeks & am starting to get the little red veins around my nose & on my cheeks Sad( I have a bit of exema around the bottom corners of my nose... I use elecon hc cream on it from my doc though a different doc told me it was too harsh to use on face ?!! Please help!!
