Hi guys!
I was wondering if the Bare escentuals brushes were necessary to buy or specifically designed to apply their make-up, im from Australia and have just purchased my first foundation and blush/eye shadow kit, i didnt buy any brushes in the hope that the face brushes i already use would work okay, does anybody know, if they are special i will buy but otherwise i could spend that money on moremake-up!
Help!

Hi Jade-Lee,
I think that you can use your own as long as you have a brush that is fairly dense, springy and picks up powder well. You don't want it to be too fluffy and soft (I don't think) because it would make buffing the minerals a bit hard.
I actually have quite a few brushes but ended up getting the Bare Minerals one (and the Jane Iredale one) because none of my brushes were suitable....
