You can buy niacinamide powder at lotion crafter at a very reasonable price. It's stable and water soluble, so its easy to formulate with. I have just ordered some myself and can't wait to try it  |

All you need to do is add about 1/4 tsp of the powder to a couple tablespoons of distilled water. No cooking involved  |
