Remember, beauty mostly comes from inside. You don't need to go overboard to impress people, you just need to adjust your attitude. Learn a bit about human psychology, I really recommend a book called "why men marry/date bitches". |

You know, I wish I could find a shampoo that didn't make my hair limp, lifeless, and greasy.
Ava, I'm in Seattle, so I don't know how hard our water is compared to other places. This little experiment might shine some light on that. Thanks for the tip! |
Shawna,
just go to a pool store and get some water testing strips, to see what kinds of minerals are in your water. or see if they have a municipal water site online for seattle. they do for where i live in paris, and i have the highest allowances of both calcium carbonate and iron. the minerals bind to your hair and then coat it, which impedes any product from working on your hair.... |
Also if you have a furry kettle then you got hard water as well. |

Do you have to use a conditioner like Suave? Can something a bit more natural be used for CO-washing? |
