Hi iaimei,
Yep the best thing you can do is re-train yourself to sleep on your back! What I did is this: Got a neckroll pillow -(firm, down) and a soft soft down pillow from Ste Geneve in Canada and 2 of the nicest silk pillowcases I could find. I put the neckroll pillow under my neck (d'oh!) and then the soft down pillow under my head. Oh, Heaven! If you want to you could put a support pillow under your knees until you get used to sleeping on your back, and pillows to elevate your arms, like sleeping in a LazyBoy chair sort of. It takes a while to get settled but it helps the PillowFace!!
