I bought some 30% glycolic acid from them about 5 years ago. They were much smaller then I think (their website certainly looks much more polished now). I remember they shipped fast and that their prices were very reasonable. If the company is still around and it actually looks like they are thriving, then I would say that they have treated their customers well over the years.
I haven't ordered from them since my first order but back then, I think they only had glycolic acids. I still have my orginal bottle so I haven't needed to get more.
