Moisturize from within: essential fatty acids in the right combo, hyaluronic acid supplements, drink lots of water
dry brushing - best brush I've found is Yerba Prima's Tampico Skin Brush (natural fibers) - some health food stores carry or you can find online: http://www.yerba.com/storefront/item.asp?id=73
use Microplane on feet - best one I've used is from QVC: www.qvc.com

Moisturize when still damp coming out of the shower. My favorite is to use the Body Shop's dry oil sprayswww.thebodyshop.com (unfortunately they discontinued all but the olive and passionfruit dry oil sprays). Neutrogena sesame oil absorbs quickly too. The problem with other oils often is that they don't absorb quickly so if you're getting dressed and going out...

Whole Foods will order if they don't have it on the shelves. The Pure & Basic AHA lotion and / or Kiss My Face's Peach AHA lotion are good and reasonably priced too.
