I use the large roller on the continual suction setting for muscle pain... for my back, I go to full power on this (6) but I'd say start slowly, and work up.
For inflammation, sometimes the pulse setting works better for me.
For my neck, I need to go to the smaller #2 roller, because I can't get good suction with the #3...again, I do continuous suction at high power.
Your husband will love you for this! It really helps my muscle pain like nothing else I've ever tried. I really hope it works for his pain.
Glad to hear you don't have cellulite... it's a drag, for sure... this is the only thing I've found that works for it. |
