I'm not suggesting this as your only remedy, but can you tolerate fish? Look at the Perricone diet, it may help. It does take a few months after a weight loss for the sking to tone up. |

I didn't know loose skin would tighten up after a while. I know many do after pregnancy but for long-term weight and then loss I always thought you had to have the skin pulled up due to long term stretching. Even after pregnancy many people are never the same - tummy tuck here we come!
I would give it time for a transition - and a good diet will help.
I do squats and lunges for keeping thighs and butt lifted -nothing better. Biking is great for thighs though. |
