I have been told by my old professor that was her beauty secret and have done some research that eating papaya help reduce bruising. I was completely shocked that she was in her 80's and she was still teaching and she looked like she was in her mid to late 40's. It stated that you want if you want it to work faster, eat it on an empty stomach, especially before a meal.
I drink chamomile tea (caffeine free) to try to bring down any swelling (or bloating) and my Aunt told me that peppermint tea is good for sore stomach. |
