Just a quick look at your math, it does look like that is a 20% concentration.
Here is a great tool to help you formulate - you just enter in the percentages you want of each active and it will convert to ounces, grams, etc.

20% is a rather strong vitamin C concentration. I would suggest increasing your concentration from 10 to 15% rather than jumping to 20%. |

Perfect. I think I got so wound up in ingredients that I missed the calculator. Thank you for your help.
And also, I'm going to keep the 10% on my face for a bit. I've been using the formula you posted DarkMoon, and it's great so far.
