I just like a system with rules. It's easier to follow and keeps me from making mistakes. After a month of doing Dukan all protein Thursday, I'm sold. I'm about as skinny as I was in my early to mid 30s and feel great. My blood sugar isn't wreaking havoc on me. I can't do Mediteranean anymore-- no grains on a daily basis for me. I have a slice of wheat free bread daily, sometimes 2, and that seems to affect me less than grains. The oat bran is great too-- really eliminates constipation and who knows may even help with weight loss. |
