Are you referring to light acid peels? The collagen is in the deeper layers, exfoliating only hits the dead horny layer on the surface. Just don't scrub at your face while you still have inflammation/ irritation - bearing in mind some is invisible - or force any dry skin off you might get after a dermarolling session. What you do not want is back-to-back inflammation in your skin because this is damaging. |
