Hi & welcome. I'm presuming 25 is your real age?
Here's a good thread I found about someone in a similar situation. http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=33797
I personally feel that in your 20s a good sunscreen, good hydration is the key. Retin a is probably something that may help slow down aging. For example you may look younger at 40 if you've been using retin a than say if you hadn't been. Most people on this board have said things like " I wish I had started sooner". Personally I wish I new about sunscreens more as its only been recently that I realized there a good sunscreens and not so good.
If you use retin-A the right way then I think you will benefit in the long term . Lastly hydration is also important as lack of could be why you have some lines at such a young age.
A good sunscreen is a must
Edited: Sorry okay posted at same time. LOL

Wow, what a list! I'd actually been looking at Aubrey Organics stuff a while back and lots of people over on the hair loss forums talk of Jason Naturals shampoos.
At the moment i currently alternate between my Andalou Naturals Lavender and Biotin Shampoo and Acure Organics Pure Mint & Echinacea shampoo. The latter is the nicest shampoo i've ever used. I don't need to apply much and it leaves my hair extremely soft and fine. Definitely worth checking out their range! |

LOL. I can't take credit as others put them together, I just figured posting them along with links might be helpful for those wishing to avoid sulphates!
I try to avoid due to reaction with chemicals in our (US) water supply causing a release of formaldehyde, not good IMHO! I prefer not to be embalmed while washing!!
I also put the following thread together it has links for everything organic, skincare, cleansers, shampoos ect. ect.
Read at your leisure as it has a load of links on the sites I linked to!
