Ok that is an exercise from Facial Magic and one of my favourites, but here is a secret that I learned and when I do that exercise I still do it to this day without any wrinkles on my forehead. If you slide a piece of surgical tape on the area that creases before you do the exercise and then do the eyebrow push up, it will prevent the wrinkle remaining so. Another thing is that is designed to lift your brows but not do anything for the eyes. Now with droop eyelid, I would instead do something like the Eva Fraser sample exercise on her website: http://www.evafraser.com/facial_fitness.html
