My main interest is in smoothing out largish pores.
is there any point at all in using primer if i am going to smear foundation around with my finger tips?
is a brush the only way to go? Will foundation applied from a damp cosmetic sponge be acceptable? Dab it on? Wipe?
I thought of gently using a clean credit card to swipe once over the primer to get the best "canvas" before applying the foundation -- can't hurt, right?
If anyone has a favorite primer for evening out pores (I have slightly orange-peel-y pores, 49 yrs old), I'm all pores, I mean ears.
Thanks. |
Hi melanie,
All primers I have used do dry and I mainly use MMU and have not ever had any issue with all the brushing of my makeup, blush ect. disturbing the primer.
I have also used primer with liquid foundation applying either with a foundation brush or fingers if in a rush and same no problems!
