Just called Caci to ask when I can get my hands on a demo machine in John Lewis - all very vague, but will keep trying.

Update.

The machine should have been in John Lewis this weekend. The manager had no idea what I was talking about and had never heard of CACI.

So my review won't be happening until John Lewis get a machine in the store.

Will keep trying next time I am in Nottingham or London.

PQ

Thanks PQ for trying. I would think this would be a big launch for John Lewis seeing how CACI has such a big following in Europe. I will keep an eye out for your review if and when you get one.

I will ring CACI tomorrow for an update and report back as always.

Hi everyone. I was told by Caci that "unofficially" the microlift can be used without their serum buds, using paper stemmed buds instead. Not the plastic stemmed ones likes we have in the UK. I am unofficially passing on the news!
Keliu you've already worked this out, but I thought it might be helpful to someone looking to buy this device when it finally appears.
Being fussy I didn't like that the serum contains argireline and parabens so I will be hunting for paper stemmed buds if I go ahead. If anyone can suggest a suitable (user friendly) serum to use with it that would be appreciated.

I am now on my second treatment. The CACI manual is really well written and easy to follow, and I went through the pinching movements, and my face felt nice and firm and I could see a nice lift in the cheek and upper eyelid area. I then experimented with some other well established lifting movements I have used for many years, and these worked well with the device.

I am still struggling with the release movement, which is fiddly, as the device is fairly small, and trying to pull it apart smoothly, is something that will need some practice, back to the mirror!

Will report back tomorrow will my progress.

Philip

Thanks for the review PQ..very interesting, very clear and very helpful!

Having used nuface trinity and the caci....which one do you prefer?!

Do you think one is more effective than another?
Love to hear your views!

Thank you Catski.

I have used Nuface, not the new Trinity Nuface, I would like to review the Trinity in the future.

I found the original Nuface, limited, by the probes, and the potential to pinch and relax muscles, it was a basic, lifting motion with the two large balls.

Dumb question, but does microcurrent create inflammation within the skin?

I just did a little research, and it looks like it actually reduces inflammation...a very good thing!

An article I read this week (can't remember where I read it) while researching dermarolling recommended microcurrent a couple days afterwards.

Well, I just want to give everyone here a huge thank you, for introducing me to the caci device.

I know this is really too early to be making any pronouncements, but Ive used this twice, and today after this treatment my forehead is definitely smoother. I have fine horizontal forehead lines and 11s.

The horizontal lines are definitely less pronounced , and the 11s still there but you have to look for them. I am gobsmacked Exclamation Laughing

I have used Tua trend and nuface with no improvement. Not even temporary. I know this is temporary but I am really astonished, for a quick "lift" for an evening this would be the very thing.

Also, if I carry on from what I understand the effects are accumulative .

So even tho it is fiddly and getting the placements of the cottonbud type things is still clumsy for me I actually think it is doin something for me.

Not a bad deal.

Whoopee
