I also have sag on lower face and just started using microcurrent (the 38.00 cheapie on Amazon.) I had purchased a DPL LED panel years ago and have started using it again. I paid alot for it, but on the EDS forums several knowledgeable members have said it is one of the least effective LEDs. 
I plan to try the Darsonval high frequency device. Tried Dermawand once years ago but it burned the heck out of me. Still, I'd like to give HF a shot.
You might want to check out Truth in Aging's website. They announced a new skin firming device a couple of days ago. Not sure what is appropriate with your medical issue.
