lagay do you eat foods rich in essential fatty acids or take an EFA supplement? These good quality oils help your skin stay hydrated. You can read more about them here: http://www.webmd.com/beauty/skin/natural-skin-care-skinny-fats
I used to have eczema since childhood then in my early twenties while trying to deal with a different issue, I found giving up gluten, sugar and dairy...and eating more of an alkaline-forming diet as well as taking supplements of EFA, a potent multi-vitamin, garlic, caprylic acid and probiotics cured my eczema for good. I don't know if all those played a part but that's the list of supps I was taking. I don't think it's unusual for eczema to develop out of the blue later in life and I really believe diet can make a huge difference. This article gives some info on eczema: http://umm.edu/health/medical/altmed/condition/eczema |
