Plants, plants and plants. Eat plants and move your butt - that's my philosophy. |

Here are some budget friendly ideas:
1. Get some Milk Kefir Grains from Amazon or other specialized place like Kombucha Kamp site.
It will give you fresh kefir every day (dairy or not dairy). No additives or preservatives. Add some chia seeds and berries to it and you’ve got another type of wonderful and healthy dessert.
2. Get Kombucha culture. One time small investment ($25 for the first culture set plus another $25 for 2.5 gallon dispenser for growing it).
This will give you excellent healthy drink packed with full vitamin B complex, enzymes and probiotics.
3. Raw Cacao nibs. You get 2 lb for $14 from Amazon with Subscribe and Save option and it’s good for a month or more. Use it with oatmeal, yogurt, kefir, fruit salad.
One of the testiest ways to get your daily dose of Magnesium, potassium, iron and fiber.
4. Blend 150g (5oz) ginger with 3 peeled lemons (remove seeds) and 150g good honey. I also add fresh turmeric when i have it.
I put this mix on top of my banana-berries salad and sprinkle with cacao nibs - Heaven on earth! |
