Can anyone who owns a Yamuna face ball advise on whether it is worth buying or whether you need to buy a pump for it also?

Hi Moon! I like the Yamuna ball and I think it would work if I were more consistent with it. Between my facial exercises and other things I do, I sometimes forget to do the Yamuna stuff.
I did order the pump, even though to me it was expensive. But I'm glad I did because I find that I need to use it quite a bit to keep the ball nice and full. I'm glad I purchased it and I keep it right next to the ball ready to use in case I need it. Hope this helps. |

Has anyone out there been doing Yamuna on a long term basis? If so, would you please share results/opinions? |

I have been but not often due to my 4 kids, it's crazy here (haha). But I love it and find that it definitely helps keep my face looking younger as well as help with sinus pressure and headaches. I even bought the ankle and hands kit recently. |

Same here - I do see difference each time I do it, but just getting the time on top of everything else to do it (and the peace too) is a little tricky!

Bone stimulation makes a lot of sense to me. Has anyone found the effects accumulative or is it more of a "works for the day" type of massage? There is probably some long term benefit. Also, are there other balls/dvds out there that are as good or better. Planning to buy something today online hopefully. I need to build up my upper side cheek bone/muscle area to lighten n/lines/folds and other sagging & wrinkle issues |
