Cff has plenty of happy people. I tried it, but I really wanted a shorter/ easier program that lifted the cheeks. I wouldn't rule her program out for me in the future. Plus, I was coming from fillers and she couldn't answer my questions about them. Loulou could... |

Thanks for letting me know about your experience. I've been hearing a lot of positive about CFF and messaged Carolyn & she was super helpful and quick to reply. I have not checked out Shape your Face but I will. Thanks again! |

Shape your Face is quite the site - basically free exercises and even videos. Very impressive. Wonder if anyone has had success with them - simple. thanks again Orchide! |

I went for my 1st Cosmetic Acupuncture & Galvanic Facial and loved it - my lower eyelids definitely improved if not temporarily and nasolabials did as well. Will be doing a series of 12 sessions once a week with great hopes. The Acupuncturist recommended facial exercises in between and was up on a lot of the stuff we talk about on this site. Great experience - highly recommend it especially if you have insurance |
