I'd like to see some discussion on these products:
Sofri Energy Cosmetics:
SOFRI has a special approach to beauty. Our products pamper body, mind and soul through the unique SOFRI Color Energy system – a holistic concept for beauty, harmony and wellbeing.
SOFRI touches and improves your skin, as well as your inner being. The color energy of gently formulated products counteract emotional stress, releases blockages, increases energy levels, joy of life and your self-consciousness.
Use SOFRI Color Energy products for a beautiful life!
http://www.sofri.com/about_us/philosophy/color_energy/en/
Energy Cosmetics:
Energy researchers rediscovered the revitalizing properties of natural raw materials like Chitosan and fruit waxes, and adapted them to hair care products to produce synergetic effect for all its hair care products. The future of Energy cosmetics is planned around premium brands aimed at selected customers around the globe.
http://www.energycosmetic.com/en/about.php
Diamond Water:
Diamonds represent faithfulness, love, purity, innocence, and relationships filled with love. It removes certain types of deviations in the aura, which can be best described as voids or “empty space”, and diamond’s fill them with the pure energy of love. It inspires creativity, ingenuity, inventiveness, faith, endurance, and helps in manifesting abundance in all areas of life.
http://realdiamondwater.com/history
These are just a few of the products I came across using colour, Chitosan and fruit waxes and diamonds to provide energy.
Can anyone explain to me how this "energy" is actually quantified? The known energies on and about this earth can be measured by measurements of velocity, hertz, volts and whatever else. How does the energy of colour, fruit wax and diamonds get measured? |

As an avid tea drinker and someone who also believes that tea is the true "staff of life" - I think this tea will also interest everyone.
It's called Jiu Hua tea and is supposed to have healing properties. It is picked by virgin girls with C cup breasts, only using their teeth:
. Virgins must also have a bra size of at least a C cup
. Girls have to 'cleanse themselves completely' before work
. Leaves used to be picked by fairies' mouth, legend states
. Special tea can cure diseases, claims company
Tea made from these leaves has a refreshing aroma and taste and can even cure diseases and aid weight loss, claims the firm. Last century some Chinese tea sellers experimented with the idea of ‘tea in front of breasts’, involving a group of 16-year-old virgins started picking tea and sleeping with it on their breasts during the night. The next day it was thought the tea leaves would have picked up enough of the virgins scent to have health and wellbeing benefits.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1378870/PG-Lips-Chinese-tea-plantation-seeks-virgins-pick-leaves-MOUTHS.html#ixzz2rg7e07Dj
It's fairly clear from the claim above that virgins' scent contains some kind of energy which provides health benefits to the body. |

Jim IS 66-67. In 2012 when the photo was taken on his website - he was 64. Sixty-four ish plus 2 years = 66-67ish. He is however, three years older than Paula. Whateva. It's been well established that many sites will list someone's age incorrectly. Wikipedia comes to mind. As for Jim not looking as good because his face is on the gaunt side and he has remnants of acne scars. Jim is tall and thin. *Most* people who are on the thin side as they age, don't have as much fat in their faces. That's just a fact of life. It's only the lucky few who are able to maintain a nice thin body, yet still have a nice full face. The rest are usually overweight. Take it for what it's worth.
Let's just clarify something at this point - your innuendo about Sis is totally unwarranted. Sistersweets has posted on this forum how honored she was to be asked to come to the ACAM show. This does not make her a shill. Nor does it make her a shill that she went to the Neurotris event. She didn't have to share ANY of that information. I hope she doesn't mind me sharing, but she has a vested interest in *perhaps* using her medical license at some point in the future to do something within the skincare/anti-aging arena.
~ Aprile |
Thanks Aprile for standing in my defense. Best to ignore comments by green-eyed monsters. |
I think the question is WHY was Sistersweets singled out from all the other EDS forum members and asked to go to trade shows. When one accepts an invitation a tit for tat is automatically assumed. What do they expect her to do for them now that they have done something for her? And what is she doing for them? Does she receive special discounts for her support on the forum? Is she in some other way a stakeholder in or compensated by either of the businesses? That has not been divulged. It smacks of impropriety.
In addition, it would scare me immensely if she used her dental license to somehow transform herself into a skin care guru. And led people to believe that she has a medical license instead of one in dentistry. |

Then she is apparently one of their employees and owners of businesses and their employees are not allowed to try to sell their products in this forum. No one is allowed to benefit financially from a product they endorse here. By being invited to trade shows Sister sweets is benefiting. She should not be allowed to post about ASG or Pico on this forum. She has a special relationship with the owner which makes her completely biased - she benefits when he benefits. She should not be allowed to discuss her opinion of either product. |

Apparently, the term "Energy based" skincare includes all types of devices as this new one promises to deliver energy to the deepest layers of skin - using RF. The first of its kind developed for home use.
At a low price of only $499 -

PLEASE STOP THE INSANITY!! Sistersweets has a full time position at a university and does NOT work for either Neurotris or Ageless Secret. These are both smaller boutique companies and many of us on the forum have personally spoken to the owners of both companies. An invite like this was good for Sis as she shared at some point she would like to use her medical license to work in the skincare industry. Nothing more than that. Looking further than the eye can see, she didn't HAVE to disclose that she was going to be working at either show... it's not like her forum screen name was disclosed at any of the on camera interviews. So if you want to use the excuse that she was covering for herself, that theory doesn't work. SERIOUSLY? |

This product looks particularly interesting - forget Dark Energy, this one contains meteorite dust collected by nomadic tribes in the Sahara Desert:
Celestial Secret
London, December 19 : The latest addition to the list of unusual additions to beauty lotions and potions is literally out of this world - an anti-ageing range that contains powdered meteorite.
For centuries, meteorites have fascinated scientists and researchers worldwide. Every particle is more than 4.5 billion years old and rich in minerals unknown on our planet.
Along with otherworldly minerals, meteorite dust is also said to be packed with calcium, iron and magnesium - all of which can help benefit skin.
The meteorites used in Celestial Secret are picked up by nomadic tribes in the Sahara desert before being sent to Spain for powdering and processing.
Combined with extracts from semi-precious stones including haematite, rodochrosite, olivine and smithsonite, as well as botanicals such as beech bud extract, it is said to have potent anti-ageing effects.

I am not sure exactly what propels people with no interest in the subject and obviously no knowledge and no desire to learn to incessantly post and post and post whatever they can find on the internet just to provoke or irritate (upcoming EDS purchase, personality disorder or too much free time, or ???).
If you want to discuss Sis or other members - please, open a thread (same as ASG). If anyone is interested they will participate there.
If you have something constructive to say - thank you for your input, otherwise it would be wise to remember the old saying that sometimes the silence is golden.
On the informative side - got the Cellfodd gel that Kassy had recommended, tried it yesterday night - but can see some calming effect, which is quite nice.
Thank you! |

JR,
what is and where did you find "10,000X washed ghee"?
I know what ghee is, but never heard nor could find this one. I know that Pratima uses ghee in some of her skin care preparations, and am sure it should be quite good for the skin. Also, do you use it externally or internally too?
TIA |

Aprile, Sis only said she was going to a skincare/anti-aging (sorry forgot the exact name of it) convention in Vegas. She never mentioned going to be working for ASG at the show or that she was invited by ASG, that you mentioned earlier. Nothing was said about her being in a promotion video for ASG until it was posted on EDS.
If I had personal contact with skincare vendors and had my likeness used for promotional videos for these products I would automatically think of myself as biased. It goes against human nature not be. This doesn't mean sis doesn't believe in the product. I think she does but it creates a very strong bais and information should be looked at more closely. |

Ghee is a form of butter that is an integral part of traditional Indian cuisine. It is clarified butter, which means that the water and milk solids (mostly proteins) have been boiled off, leaving just the rich, golden butterfat.
I eat ghee instead of butter, as I am allergic to dairy. It is very tasty and also easy to make at home from butter. |

Absolutely agree! Of course it makes a difference! I absolutely want to know ANY person's affiliation in gadgets, products, endorsements, etc. so I can take that into consideration. And yes, a person should believe in the products they push, if not that is even more dishonest. My trust level here is already at an all time low and the forum is nearly done due to that, IMHO.
I want to hear more from the average person with out ties who have tried and seen positive results with the devices (how, what, etc.)without affiliation.
I am going to check out this Ghee, very interesting! |

Mariposa,
thank you so much.
I am familiar with ghee (Dr. Marshall recommends using it or coconut oil for cooking if cooking involves heat cooking). I buy it from WF, but if you can share which one you use or how you make it at home - would appreciate it.
JR mentioned that she is using "10,000X washed ghee" - and I am unsure what it is.
I also wanted to ask you - what did you use to solve your fungus problem and would it work for nail fungus(I got a toe nail fungus thanks to a good pedi)? I believe it was 50-50 solution of H2O2 and water (but what strength of H2O2 and where can I buy it)?
TIA |

Annie,
I have no affiliations with any skincare devices or products.
ASG did not work for me; Foreo - does and I love it; Pico - does something, not yet sure whether it is just temporary and whether it does actual lifting; Living Libations - like the products a lot.
I mainly use organic or natural products. I had early stage malignant melanoma about 10 years ago (it was removed); but it scared me so I started looking into alternative and holistic modalities. I have an uncle who was given 4 months to live over 15 years ago, and is still alive and doing well thanks to Dr. Bob Marshall (from Austin, Texas), whom I trust and respect immensely (and had been studying his techniques and teaching for several years).
So fillers, Botox, plastic surgeries are out of the picture for me, since these are the things anyone with any holistic inclinations would tell you to avoid due to their interference with meridians/energy flow; toxicity, etc. So while it is a viable solution for many people it is not the route I am seeking.
I am also very aware of EMFs and would be vary of using any devices, whether battery or electrical powered if I had not known how to remedify it.
I do have a M.S. degree, am married to a bio-medical engineer (with a Ph.D.) and also have 2 practicing MDs in a family; so there is access to very educated but busy professionals to run things by if needed.
Hope it clarifies my interest in this thread and my desire to learn from knowledgeable people. |

Sonic waves and ion technology in one! eyeosonic is the next generation in the care of the delicate skin around the eyes and fine lines above the upper lip. Skin care products can nourish and moisturize better when absorbed deeper and more evenly into the skin than with fingers alone. Eyeosonic combines (i) sonic waves at 160 oscillations per second with (ii) ion technology to make our Knu™ Serum Eye Treatment more effective by amping up absorption into the skin.
Using electrically charged ions and sonic vibration, eyeosonic penetrates through the skins outer “wall” to the living cells beneath to carry nutrients and moisture in your creams and serum deeper into the skin where they can do the most good. Aestheticians (specialists in skin beautification) recommend that products used on the skin around the eyes be applied with gentle tapping rather than rubbing to avoid damaging the delicate skin in this area. eye-o-sonic replaces manual rubbing and tapping with sonic vibrations like 100's of finger taps a second to better infuse serums.
The result is the skin around your eyes is left nourished, hydrated, refreshed and feeling great. Plus the eye-o-sonic is fun to use and relaxing. So once you've tried the eye-o-sonic, you will never want to go back to applying eye cream and serums with your fingers again.
Included with your eye-o-sonic serum Infuser is our full size Knu™ Serum Eye Treatment with Haloxyl® and Eyeliss®, a cutting edge advanced formula for each aspect of eye aging. (A $150 value): |

Bethany,
remediation for EMFs is based on Vastu principles and is done as recommended by Dr. Marshall. I have no interest to discuss or debate Vastu on this forum. If you are interested PM me your email and I will email you the info (something are quite simple and can be done at home by anyone, some require purchases and may be even getting someone to do it).

I just use the Eye O Sonic, not their eye serum. I am trying out different eye serums, since my eyes get irritated easily, and I find their products nice, but a little pricy for my budget.
I like the machine, but find a problem with their little round rubber "gasket", which is under the area that goes on your skin. It seems to stretch out over time. While it was still under warranty, they sent me another machine no charge.
The machine runs when you touch your skin, battery lasts a long time. It glides nicely on the skin under eye, and I use it above the eye on the brow bone too. Some people use it on their area above the lip, but I don't really see a difference doing that.
Been using it for about 6 months, and find my lines under the eye have softened, along with the crows feet. |

There are a number of products on the market that do work. I've bought from this website and have had a few conversations with the people there. They are helpful in explaining the things I don't understand.
wwwlessemf.com
Check out the page for computer protection.
Also,
Clock radio next to bed must go.
Get a trifield meter and measure EMF’s in home.
Unplug all devices within 6 feet of the bed.
Find the circuit breaker and turn it off at night.
Eliminate electric blankets, pads, and waterbed heaters.
No live extension cords or power strips near bed.
Satellites, wireless anything, dimmer switches, and touch lamps are all bad.
Avoid living near cell phone tower.
Do not use cordless phone. Minimize use of cell phones.
Do not have metal springs in your bed.
We regenerate and do alot of healing when we sleep. That's why the bedroom is so important to reduce the exposure when sleeping. We turn off the circuit breaker to the bedroom at night. |
