Just wondering if anyone has or is suffering from this?
I had it with my last baby, she is now 3 and I still have it!!
Even though with everything tightening up and the hormones having got "back to normal" supposedly
I still have this.
It can get extremely painful especially in my hips and coxyxx( not sure of the spelling!!)
I have seen physios (when pregnant) and a chiropractor after and no real improvement.
I am taking msm, glucosamine, chondroiten, and a whole load of other supplements, but I have found that with too much walking, bending, physical activity it gets much worse.
And I used to be a "gym junkie"!!!
Any help or advice would be sooo gratefully accepted as after 3 yrs I am getting really tired and fed up.
TIA

I had it with my first son and saw an Osteopath but this was in England and I've not found one similar in the states (not in NJ anyway). Maybe you can try some Yamuna exercises found here: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=42039
Wish I could help otherwise, it's a painful condition. |

thanks whitewolf,
I will have a look at these and try them.
Sometimes I feel bodily really old
I know I sometimes walk like my grandmother.
The thing I had just weaned myself off all the painkillers and antiinflammatories and what with xmas and new year it all came back with a vengeance.
thanks again |
