Welcome, jp.
Why don't you tell us your skin type--Dry, Oily, Sundamaged, etc.
That way forum members with similar skin can share what they like and what works for them. |

I sorry I didnt give much info! I was so excited to see a forum for skin care!!!
I have very oily skin with LARGE pores, which means lots of blackheads, but crazy enough, not many pimples. No matter what I use, I grease up in about 2 minutes. I am now starting to get small wrinkles around my eyes. Im kinda a mess! And since my last son, forgot about my skin. Im trying to get back into better cleaning, yet as i said this Clinique isnt working. Any hope for me??
Thank you all so much! |

Hi JP!
I have oily skin as well -- please read my other reply to Ykon's post about Proactiv solution . . . I'm not sure if your skin is acneic or not but I really love Proactiv Solution.
Now onto oily skin -- do you moisturize regularly? I find that if you don't moisturize, your skin will try to compensate for the moisture loss by producing MORE oil . . . I use Yonka's Pamplemousse for oily skin and it has controlled my oil a lot . . . the shine isn't as shiny and my skin is much more regulated.
Dermalogica is a really great line with MANY different types of products for oily skin -- and relatively inexpensive for a professional line. I use Yonka, as well, but Dermalogica is just as good (for a lower price).
Are you looking for cleansers, toners, moisturizers . . . ? Perhaps you can let us know what you're looking for in general (product-wise) and we (the forum members) can recommend some items.

Hi,
I am looking for all the basics, a whole new line. but I dont have too much time to do much more then 3 steps. I now use Clinique soap, toner and sometimes lotion. Most of the time Im too oily to use it.
Thanks all for your help!
