OK this is driving me nuts!!! I have this one white head on my lower lip line. It can fill up to be quite large. I use hot compresses and and can extract it (although not easy). Once it is totally extracted eventually it fills up again. Can't understand why it comes back ALL THE TIME . After extracting I have been putting some glycolics on it with a q-tip every day and night. Just an odd spot to get a whitehead. I guess it is not such a big deal but it is hard to put lipstick on even. Of course after I extract it at times I have a scab for a few day. I can't believe all the thick white stuff that comes out of this spot. I have never had whiteheads before (started two months ago). |

Hmmm...have you started using a new lipstick or lip product? Maybe it is clogging your pores? |

No. It is the weirdest thing. I have on the whole been using the same skin care for a long time. Could it be lip plumpers. Don't know the ingredients in the product I am currently using (BTW it doesn't work very well either) but I will check it out. I am trying Lip Bloom. I just need to know how to get rid of the darn thing. As I said it is a small issue. I am not losing sleep over it. It is just in an odd spot and bugs me. |

Try cutting out the lip plumpers for a week or 2 and see if it goes away. If that's the only new thing you are using, then there's a good chance that's your culprit. |

It sounds also like it could be a sebacus cyst
(nothing to worry about) had one on my back and it kept appearing and then going away-I did finally go to the Dr and he drained it all and went on meds for 10 days and nothing ever since-just a thoght since it keeps filling up |

That makes a lot of sense. Thank you. There is a little hard bump under the skin. My daughter had a cyst behind her ear and had to have it treated like you mentioned. I can remember her trying to extract it all the time but it kept returning. Nasty little thing. |
