I get these small white zits that seem to be deep under my skin. Its not one that comes out easily. Does anyone know how to get rid of them and maybe more importantly how do they form and why? Thank you! |

Sounds like milia. Its common to get them around the eye area but your can get them any where. Often caused by heavy moisturizers and/or lack of exfoliation. Sometimes they go away on their own but exfoliation is very helpful. Looking into adding an AHA to your skin care. It will take a while but it will help. |

I've had those as well, and I found microdermabrasion got rid of them, easily, and without leaving any scars or marks. Regular exfoliation when you cleanse your face, and perhaps something like a glycolic toner (I use dermaglow's version) really make a difference in keeping them from developing in the first place. |

I have these too on my cheeks. I have done MUAC's Mandelic peels and Fade peels, but they are still there. I might try AHA now to see if that will get rid of them. |

I've noticed that they can be caused by just about anything. I get it when my skin is too dry or too moisturized from heavy moisturizers. But like someone suggested, try using some chemical exfoliants like AHA or BHA |

Is it like a little bump? It can be keratosis pilaris. |

It is like small bumps, but I don't think it is KP.Its not whitish, its more like skin color but under the skin. If someone can recommend a good AHA/BHA. |
