Does anyone know the worldwide shipping cost for samples if I don't order anything else (CAD$15??) After some recent mistakes I want to try before I buy
And how many samples can I ask for? There is so much I want to try. I have purchased products for CAD$1000-1500 over the last year if that makes any difference. |

siri, shipping cost of package with samples is the same as other packages so it will be $15 CDN. Please do not hesitate to ask for whatever you need. We do not have all the samples in stock but we will let you know what is available before sending your package. |

If you are placing an order with us please just request samples on your order. We do not make any promises as we do not have a sample for each product but we will do our best, if you need just samples you will have to call the spa directly (888)295-6802 or (604)222-0242. |

Hi Magda,
I am another having trouble deciding between what brands to buy.. I am torn between 4.. So I was thinking of getting some samples sent to Japan. I know you probably dont have all of what I want, but there is quite a list to choose from :P
Is there a fax number or email address to use rather than phone?
Thanks so much! |

Hi Tiger_Tim,
The fax number for EDS is +1-604-2280273. However you'd be better off speaking to them directly because then you know for sure that they have the samples that you are after PLUS you get some advice from qualified people.
I would not recomment e-mail because you will have to give them your credit card details for postage and you should NEVER EVER do that in an email. It's just WAY too easy to extract credit card numbers from email messages and it happens a lot more often than people think (unless you send encrypted messages - which, on a daily basis, is very unlikely). Just thought I'd post that in case people weren't aware of it.....
