Some may scoff, but my very favorite thing I use on my face is Wet n' Wild eyeshadow in Cream. It's a sheer, well, cream-colored shimmer. I have used it on every part of my face. As a highlighter, it works wonders on the tops of my cheekbones and on my temples-- it even helps diffuse my dark circles. As an eyeshadow, it makes me look more awake when I use it on the inside corners and on the bottom lids. It's my go to shade when I just don't feel like messing with anything else or if I'm crunched for time. I use this shade and another wet n'wild pot, Cherub-- a light shimmery sheer pink, to mix up my own blushes. They just have this glow factor that I've never found in another product.
I have thought about replacing my couple pots of cream with some similar shade of BE since I started getting in all that swirl and tap nonsense, but then I thought, why in the world would I do that since the wet n' wild works! (wow, tongue twister)
I just felt the need to share , and wouldn't mind hearing about everyone else's very favorite cosmetic! |

I totally agree. Alot of products are priced higher just for the soul purpose of the company wanting you to think its a better product. Wet n Wild is definitely worth it for the money with most of their products. I've run across a couple I didn't like, but over the years I've aquired quite a few wet n wild products I've loved.. along with one they seemed to have discontinued and I'm looking high and low for! The wet n wild jet dry or flash dry.. not sure exactly the name but it was a real liquidy purple substance you could put over any nail polish and dried it in record time.. I'm talking faster and better than any salon brand drier I've tried. Such a shame I can't find it anymore! |

Violetanne - Thanks for your post. I'll have to take a closer look at Wet 'n' Wild shadows when I'm next in the drugstore. |

Good for you finding something that works for you and sticking with it
I think much too often we just get caught up with having to own percieved better brands.
I have read a lot of good things about Wet and Wild.
I am the same when it comes to Rimmel Blusher, it cost me next to nothing and works just as well if not better than the more expensive brands. |

Rosebud, have you ever tried the Rimmel bronzer? They recently re-did it so it has a touch more shimmer and has two different shades. It's another product I love. I've never tried the blush before, I'll have to take a look next I make a run to the store! I think I have read on here before that's it's good stuff. |

Oh don't tempt me with another bronzer
I love bronzers with a bit of shimmer, I currently use MAC Refined Golden but I think I shall have to check this Rimmel one out too |

I agree lots of products are over-priced.
About 15 years ago, I bought some Rimmel cosmetics during my trip to UK and I found it worths for the money I spent.
Currently I am having Shiseido and Dior cosmetics. |
