On the right hand side of the screen click "rock the workout, own the dvd"
You have to sign up with nike (its free) and once you do that then you request the dvd. During my signup the screen froze, I thought it didn't work. I later got an email from them welcoming me to Nike so it did work.. I just went back and requested the Dvd, which looks pretty good actually.... I can't wait for mine to come, I'm on a new workout video kick right now  |

| Yubiii... I think I just ordered the dvd too! SO pleased...getting a freebie just like everyone else...recently I've just skipped reading the posts about freebis and samples coz it's toooooo depressing when it's only for the States... |

| Yeah, I got mine a week ago or so, watched it, and determined I was glad I didn't pay for it.. I have no idea how its an actual workout and its impossible to follow... and the little segments where he teaches you the dance are like what 5 minutes long? How is that a workout? I just don't get this dvd... good thing it was free. |
