 We are now introducing a day cream with the Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vitamin C Ester, DMAE & Shae Butter for extra moisturization. We are giving another 100 FREE of these which will be available at all our retail outlets very shortly. Right now we are awaiting boxes and the high end label but for the give away we are giving you literature and a digital label so that the people on Essential Day Spa can try it first. This is another fabulous item that is containing the highest potency that gives the best performance for the item. It is in a 1 and a quarter glass pump so it is easy for travel and every day purse. The prices we do not lke to mention on the forum out of respect for the forums wishes. All I can say is that this is another item you won't want to be without. Happy Hunting! HA HA. Shipping fees are less as it is smaller. We are charging $5.95 in the USA and $9.95 International or you can choose faster shipping and choose however you want it to ship. Please do not hold me to the shipping prices as I have not yet put it past my warehouse manager. |

| Hi Ian, I guess we have to call the number you gave us last time right? I emailed last time for the night cream - did not get any replies. Due to the time zone difference (I'm in Asia), it has not been convenient to call. But I'll try tonight my time. |

I emailed last time and then faxed them my details because I couldn't call. I suppose my night cream isn't yet shipped, can I have it shipped with the night cream?  |

| I never received any reply to my email either and I'm pretty certain I was one of the first. Am I in or out? How can I tell? |

Thanks Mabsy, but if you read the original thread - the first 100 you'll see I was the first to see the offer and I asked Ian if I could email because their free number doesn't work from China and he said fine.
It doesn't really matter it was free and I'm not that much in love with the idea. - just wondering that's all.... |

Sorry, haven't read them. I've been away so only just now catching up. I know that they accept emails for these but I think based on previous feedback that phone is more reliable. |

Molly,
I doubt you would receive a reply email. If you sent your name and address I am hoping you will recieve it (I remember the thread where you asked Ian). Perhaps in a week you will get a package. Try live chat during the day. As far as I can remember the office responds to the chat during business hours. I was so surprised to read this AM that there is a day cream too.

Hi Molly, I received reply emails from them (actually several times, usually got it the next day because of different time zones)and I asked them whether I can fax in my cc details rather than calling.
But I agree that it would be best to call. Or you may try faxing to the number on their website. It's the same number their rep gave me.  |

Hi Ian,
during one of your previous promotion for BeautiFULL Lip Plumper, I spoke to one of your rep and was assured that I was one of the first few to call as it was only the first day. I was calling from Indonesia and was asked to leave my Credit Card details for shipping charges and my shipping address, but nothing came and my CC was not charged with any transaction from JB.
At that time I also double checked with the JB rep (unfortunately i did not ask for his name) for international shipping charges and was told that the same fees to US also applies internationally (around USD 5.95 if I remember correctly).
So I was wondering if your offer is limited to US addresses or if you do ship to international address too.

I called today and got on the list. Shipping is supposed to start towards the end of next week. The previous offer of night cream and plumper was shipped early this week. I'm really looking forward to getting all these goodies from JB.
