Hi,
I'm newbie and when I was browsing through the forums about what Skin regime the members had and most of them listed Dr Hauschka Products.
I'm from Australia and I have never heard of his products. I just checked out his website and found it quite interesting. However he doesn't have any stores out here.
I have dry skin and use thalgo products which my skin likes, but I'm starting to be more green and wanted to find out how Dr Hauschka Products do on your skin?
Does Dr Hauschka have raving fans? What has the products done for you? =) |

I can soon see this thread going onto page 5 with all the Dr H fans
I have Oily skin and love the cleansing Cream, Normalising Day Oil, Rejuvenating Face Mask, Clay Mask. The Toners are also really good.
I also use Translucent Bronze Concentrate and I love the Handcream too
My MIL has dry, sensitive skin that is prone to redness and swears by the Rose Day Cream. |

There are *heaps* of Dr Hauschka fans here Love the masks and the cleansing cream! And lots more
Btw, you can buy little trial sizes at DJs in Australia and also trial packs (but they are *way* more expensive than EDS). |

If you have dry skin I think your would REALLY love the "Firming Mask". It is really a super moisturizing/hydrating/brightening mask.
I also love the cleansers, the clay mask and they make the best mascara as well! |

I juat received an order with a pile of Dr. H make-up, and a couple of the masks. I really like all of it, esp. the bronzer which is very subtle and gives a hint of color without looking like you actually applied bronzer. Just gives a healthy "summer" look to the skin! Although I still use my "staples", Valmont, Amino Genesis and ISClinical products, I will probably venture into more of the Dr.H line in the future. I also like the fact that everything I've used so far is very lightly scented, without that overpowering perfumey smell that so many products have. Strong smells seem to be bothering me lately for some reason, so the subtleness of Dr.H is great for me! |

I am loving using the Dr H products. (Okay I went a bit crazy when EDS had the 20% off sale...) I really like:
-cleansing milk (cleans but not drying)
-cleansing cream (leave it on in the bath almost like a mask after doing the rolling, pressing thing and love that it makes my pores look smaller)
-rejeuvenating mask (love this and use it about once a week)
-Neem hair lotion and hair oil (I REALLY LOVE the Neen hair lotion- after washing I put a little of this in and it makes my hair so soft and shiny)
-Neem nail oil (helping my cuticles be less dry) |

I have been raving for years about Dr. H's "Rose Day Cream" for super dry skin. This is the one and only moisturizer I have repurchased over and over and over again. I can't say enough good things about this one product, but the truth is Dr. H. has many super products. It's a truly remarkable line - hence the many fans. |

LOVE DR. H!!! I have sensitive/oily/acne-prone skin, and all the Dr. H products I have tried have been excellent. I especially love the toner and cleansing cream! I just recently ordered the oily skin trial kit, so I'm sure I'll have more reviews soon! |

I have been using Dr. H. for about 2 weeks and I love it. I have combo, very sensitive skin. I am currently using and loving the cleansing milk, cleansing cream, toner, and I am rotating all the moisturizers. So far this line hasn't broken me out and I am keeping my fingers crossed. I really want to use this line long term, because it is so natural. |

I wanted to be a raving fan, but this product line did not agree with my skin. I used the CC, toner, eye cream and rose day cream in the morning, the cleansing milk, CC and sensitive rythmic conditioner in the evening. After two and a half weeks of what I thought was purging I gave up. The break outs and open sores were getting worse. I went back to my dermalogica routine and things cleared up within a week. I am now trying the Alphaderma line for the last few days and have not had any reactins yet. |

I have combination skin and posted a rave review of the line not very long ago. Although I like everything I've tried so far the cleansing milk, revitalizing mask, and rythmic night conditioners are all standouts. |

I just received my most recent order (yay!). I was already a fan of the toner, rejeuvenating mask and cleansing clay mask. This time I also purchased the normalizing oil and the cleansing cream. I have to say, my skin feels fantastic right now - I just washed my face with my regular cleanser, used the cleansing cream, toner, and followed it with a 20 minute application of the rejeuvenating mask, and my skin feels so clean and soft - I love it! |

How long does the small tube of Dr H's cleansing cream last?
How often should one use it, every day?
I'm thinking of buying this to complement my YonKa Gel cleanser I just ordered.
I'm also leaning towards the decleor ylang ylang oil (both the cleansing cream and oil are sitting in my shopping cart currently )
thanks for the info! |

I love the line too, especially the cleansing cream. I've tried making it for myself but it's so not the same. As for the mascara,it does go on so beautifully. But why is it so racoon city for me and not for others? I want so badly to be able to use it. I even tried Clarins Fix Mascara over it with no luck.
Otherwise I love, love the powders and lipsticks. I wish the bronzing powder had a hint of shimmer because it's super flat. But that does make it useful for day use.
Also, I just won samples of the bath oils. So yummy that I can't wait to try. |

michelec - I don't apply the mascara on my lower lids, only on the upper lashes, and it never smudges for me (which has often been a big problem in the past).
Once every few weeks, I tint my lashes with the Midnight (blue/black) 1000 Hours Lash Tint. This means I don't actually need to use mascara on the lower lashes.
Perhaps this might help you? |
