I am thinking to buy the Concentrate from LaMer coz' one of my friends, who's gotta oil skin, said it was very good. I want to use it as a treatment for post-acnes. But I am afraid of Allergy. Did anyone use it before? How did you like it? |

I have used The Concentrate and found it very soothing, but, try to get a sample first as it may not work for you. It did not cause a reaction for me and I have rosacea and very sensitive skin. |

Thanks a lot!
Do you think it is possible that I could just get a sample w/o buying anything from LM? Coz' I just figure that it is quite expensive |

Some stores will give samples without a purchase, if you ask. (explain you have very sensitive skin, etc.). Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue are usually helpful. I do not know what is near where you are located. Sometimes you can get samples off E-Bay, just be careful who you purchase samples from on E-Bay. |

Thank you CHarmed1! I've never bought skin cares off Ebay, they are a little questionable to me, so I will go to saks next week! Thank you for your input! |

I tried the concentrate & it did nothing for my skin except give me a rash So I definitely also recommend getting a sample first if you can...especially seeing as it's so expensive! |

don't waste your time or money on any product by la mer high priced nothing which is what ie does. there are many good skin care lines sold on qvc....hsn.....or through the internet that are good, and for less $$$$$ if you know what i mean |

to be honest...I've always wanted to try it, but I just can't justify spending that kind of money for a product that might not work...you could buy an ipod for that, or even a wallet from Louis Vuitton (well, maybe you'll be 30 bucks shy)!
I'm all for good skincare, but I'm not so sure that expensive necessarily means better.
I know that lines like Cellcosmet are excellent...I'm fighting the urge to drop 30 bucks on the sample set because I'm afraid I'd like the line too much!
(60 to 70 USD for a cleanser is a scary thought...especially if I fall in love with it!)
Oh the humanity! |

I tried the cream and eye cream a few years ago. I broke out from the cream, the eye cream was O.K., nothing special IMHO. |
