My skin was damaged badly from previous acne, i still have the acne and was wondering what is the best thing recommended also due to the damage done my skin is quite mildy red all of the time it then flares up when i do any exercise or go anywhere near smokers it like my skin doesn't have the peach coloured top outer protective layer of skin or something. lol best i can do to describe. help wud be appreciated. |

IMHO, I would go see a dermatologist. I believe that we can often maintain our skin with OTC products, but to fix existing conditions it often takes a professional opinion/perscription meds.
In the meantime - sounds like your skin needs some TLC - nothing harsh, just a mild cleanser and moisturizer.

I agree with the recommendation to see a dermatologist. |
