Is the Vitamin C cream actual vitamin c topical or is that only a serum? Oh well, I ordered it anyway.

| I know mine has not come either, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this one as its actually through the company. Its only been about a month since I ordered mine and alot of samples say 6-8 weeks. Usually when a sample is offered by the company that makes the product and not a third party deal, you'll get it. So I still think this one is on its way. |
