Has anybody tried Bliss Spiff Upper Lip?
Wonder wand that diminishes vertical lip line wrinkles with a retinol molecular film, while tiny molecules help increase lip volume. Other ingredients combat moustache hair regrowth and lighten pigmentation caused by hormonal fluctuations |

Wow...the description sounds great. Improve wrinkles AND reduct hair? Such a strange combination but it would be great if it worked. Keep me updated on your progress to find the lip line cure! ![Laughing](images/smiles/lol.gif) |

Well, the soya oil (soybean) would explain the hair minimizing ingredient, but I don't like that retinol is almost last on the list. Other than that I'm not good at analyzing ingredients so hopefully someone else will chime in. |

The alpha arbutin would be the lightening ingredient. |
